  1. Booking Travel Services

The Services may allow you to book travel services, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and vacation packages. When you book travel services through the Services, you will be entering into a separate contract with the travel provider. We are not responsible for the services provided by the travel provider, and any issues or disputes that arise in connection with the travel services should be addressed directly with the travel provider.

We do not guarantee the availability or price of any travel services booked through the Services. Prices are subject to change without notice, and all bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the travel provider. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the pricing or information displayed on the Services.

  1. Payments

When you book travel services through the Services, you will be required to pay a deposit or the full amount at the time of booking. The payment methods accepted by the Services may vary, and may include credit card, debit card, and PayPal.

We do not handle any payments directly, and all payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. By making a payment through the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the third-party payment processor. We are not responsible for any errors or issues that may arise in connection with the payment processing.

Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Cancellation by the Customer

If you need to cancel your travel services, you should contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation policies and fees will vary depending on the travel provider and the terms of your booking. In general, the closer you are to the start date of your trip, the more non-refundable the fees will be.

If you are entitled to a refund for your cancelled travel services, it will be issued to you by the travel provider in accordance with their policies. We are not responsible for any errors or issues that may arise in connection with the issuance of a refund.

  1. Cancellation by the Travel Provider

In some cases, the travel provider may need to cancel your travel services due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events. If your travel services are cancelled by the travel provider, you will be entitled to a full refund of any payments made to us.

  1. Changes to Travel Itineraries

We reserve the right to make changes to your travel itinerary as necessary. In some cases, these changes may be made by the travel provider due to circumstances beyond their control. If significant changes are made to your itinerary, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the option to cancel your trip and receive a full refund, or to accept the revised itinerary.

  1. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or disruptions to your trip. Travel insurance can also provide coverage for medical emergencies, lost or stolen luggage, and other unforeseen events.

  1. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that you may incur in connection with your travel services. We encourage you to carefully review the terms and conditions of your travel provider, as well as any travel insurance policy you may have purchased, for information on your rights and remedies in the event of a cancellation or other disruption to your trip.
